Event program is a detailed plan of a daily program of event containing such important information as subjects of seminars, lists of delegates, site information and scope of planned cultural and entertainment events.
Full program of event is always prepared and printed in advance and its copy is distributed with Delegate’s Bundle.
Traditionally, the event begins with the opening ceremony followed by plenary meetings and side meetings. Opening ceremony is considered as official beginning of the event.
Additionally, guests are being presented with interesting information about the country holding the event. Also, the representatives of domestic organizing association are holding a greeting speech during the opening ceremony. |
