The process of planning and executing the event is performed by Organizing committee in cooperation with Professional Event Manager and includes setting up bank accounts, supporting the sponsorship of event, developing messages of the meeting, inviting honored guests and speakers, preparing first and second announcements and advertising the event on earlier ones.

They also send requests for additional information to the participants of the event and set up its subject, or the main idea of the conference that must be somehow mentioned in every presentation.

But after all the main administrative tasks are dealt with there are still a lot of things left to be done: financial audit, arrangement of cultural program for the guests, design and print of advertisements
