‘CTO Group’ coordinates the process of informing and inviting mass media, accreditation of journalists and the work of press-center according to your needs and wishes. We will provide the secretariat with enough staff to provide all the journalists with information about your event and to arrange the main meeting with major delegates of the conference. We are also able to prepare a suitable place with appropriate sound system in order to hold a successful press-conference involving anchorman, moderator and translators.

Journalist accreditation is performed similarly to delegates’ registration. After the notification of accreditation is being sent, they are provided with a bundle containing main information about the event.
