In order to ease the work of delegates we create a unified information system including installation of sign-posts helping to find the location of reception, coffee-brakes, lunch rooms, halls, press center etc. The work of experienced secretaries located in different parts of event is inherent of successful performance any event.

Every event we are in charge of is provided with personal project manager who supervises all the arrangements of the event. He is also in charge of the event in general. We also employ any needed staff like hostesses to help delegates with locating requested halls and meetings. Hostesses also supervise the event and help dealing with minor issues. Anna Poziturina
